Returns & Exchanges

At Twirl, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return, as long as it falls within our policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached.

Exchange Process

To start an exchange, reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. A replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, innerwear, and customized or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Items damaged due to misuse are also excluded.

Refunds

We currently offer exchanges and store credit rather than monetary refunds, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items received. Once your return is inspected and approved, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
